Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a solid AC and a nice view but were somewhat in poor condition. Having 2 queen beds was a plus. The service, unfortunately, lacked effort and did not honor the reservation, from check-in until check-out. The location was convenient, being right next to an outside mall and not far from the North Park shopping center. However, being on the secondary market was a downside. The dining experience was average with limited options. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel is by the coach, offering comfortable rooms with a tub at good value. The service was consistently lacking from check-in until check-out. It is located in the Highland Park area, close to attractions like the JFK Museum, friendly bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was average with regional dishes available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a comfortable bed with 2 queen beds but was in somewhat poor condition. The service was disappointing, as the staff did nothing to attempt to resolve the situation or honor the reservation from check-in until check-out. The location, however, was in a good area right next to an outside mall, but being on the secondary market felt somewhat offensive. The facilities were okay.
